Gradually, Münster emerges from the darkness. Where it was once pitch-black, the bright contours of the city map appear on the round glass pane, positioned over three tealights within a concrete base. What you witness here isn‘t about pleasant illumination; rather, it‘s the opposite – it‘s about light pollution. In line with this, Lucy Xu, Hannah Stöwe, Kaja Funke, and I named our creation „irrlicht.“ Developed over eight weeks, this product was sold in limited quantities at the conclusion of the course during the event of the same name.

INVISIBLE is a shirt with a concealed built-in hanger, designed to facilitate wrinkle-free hanging anywhere. Developed during the "Introduction to Product Design: The Making of Thinks" semester project in collaboration with Arik Rosenkranz and Angeligki Mandilara in the summer semester of 2020, it served as an illustrative example of the design process, focusing on the clothes hanger as the designated object.
The result is an elegant, functional clothes hanger that adds to the wearing comfort. Its minimalist curves and lightweight design make it barely noticeable when worn. Hanging the shirt is a breeze; simply tilt it forward by the collar, causing the shoulder sections to straighten and stabilize the shirt. With the help of an elastic band, it can then be easily hung on the next hook.
